Key Responsibilities** * Perform **API testing for Posidex** to validate customer data flow and system integrations * Conduct **data validation testing using databases (DB)** to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of customer and account data * Design and execute **test cases for customer onboarding processes** including: * Retail Customers * Corporate Customers * Minor Customers *Dummy Customer ( Tatkal) * NRE Customers * Validate end-to-end **customer onboarding workflows using Finacle** * Create and execute **test cases for modification of customer data attributes** for both Retail and Corporate customers * Design and perform **Profile Rule Testing** based on defined business parameters and validation rules * Create and execute **test cases for Account Opening and Account Modification** scenarios * Identify, log, and track defects, and work closely with development and business teams for resolution
