Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate hiring managers, and facilitate offer rollouts.
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring metrics.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
Ensure smooth documentation, joining formalities, and employee record maintenance.
Manage employee exits, full & final settlements, and exit interviews.
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee databases, HRMS records, and personnel files.
Prepare HR letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other employment-related documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Payroll & Compliance
Coordinate monthly payroll processing with finance/accounts.
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee benefits.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company regulations.
Handle PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, and other statutory processes as applicable.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
Performance Management
Support goal-setting, performance reviews, and appraisal processes.
Track employee performance and development initiatives.
Assist managers in performance improvement discussions and employee development planning.
Policy Development & Implementation
Draft, update, and communicate HR policies and employee handbooks.
Recommend and implement HR best practices suitable for a growing startup.
HR Reporting & Analytics
Prepare HR dashboards and monthly management reports.
Track key HR metrics including attrition, recruitment, attendance, and employee
engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and HR compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HRMS platforms.
