We are hiring a highly skilled Sales & Business Development Professional who can independently drive sales growth, handle premium clients, lead sales operations, and help scale our creative agency.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in:

✅ Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Conversion
- Convert inbound/outbound leads into high-value projects
- Handle calls, meetings, proposals & negotiations professionally
- Close deals for animation, design, branding & digital services
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities & scalable growth strategies
- Build ROI-focused plans to improve sales performance
- Create systems that increase lead conversion & repeat business
Team Leadership
- Guide & motivate telesales/sales teams
- Improve sales scripts, objection handling & closing quality
- Maintain team spirit, discipline & performance
AI & Modern Sales Systems
- Use AI tools for:
- Lead generation CRM automation
- Email outreach Proposal drafting
- Sales optimization Implement modern sales techniques & automation workflows
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term client relationships
- Handle objections smartly:
- Pricing Trust
- Delays Comparisons
- Scope confusion Maintain professional communication across calls, WhatsApp & emails
Required Skills
- Strong experience in telesales / BDE / BDM roles
- Excellent communication & convincing skills
- Experience in selling services preferred
- Knowledge of IndiaMART or similar lead platforms is a big advantage
- Leadership mindset with result-oriented approach
- Understanding of digital marketing & growth strategy
- AI tools awareness for sales/business automation
- Strong decision-making & ownership mindset
