- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives. Set individual and team sales quotas, conduct performance reviews, and provide continuous coaching.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and align with broader company goals.
- Data Analysis & Forecasting: Track quantitative metrics, analyze sales data, and prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Budgeting & Operations: Prepare and monitor the sales department budget, approve expenditures, and manage territorial assignments.
- Customer Relationship Management: Oversee the handling of escalated customer complaints and build long-term relationships with key accounts
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹57,098.76 per month
