Job Title: Wind Field O&M / Technician / Junior Engineer / Engineer
Job Summary:
Responsible for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of wind turbines to ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities, monitor turbine operations, and support continuous improvement of wind farm efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled preventive and breakdown maintenance on wind turbines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
- Monitor turbine performance and report abnormalities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Maintain service records and documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for effective field support.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of wind turbine systems (mechanical/electrical).
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work at heights and in field conditions.
- Good communication and teamwork.
