Role Description The Warehouse Executive (Fashion & Apparel) is a full-time, on-site role based in Goregaon, responsible for managing daily warehouse operations for fashion and apparel products. The role includes receiving, checking, and organizing stock, supervising packing and dispatch activities, and ensuring accurate inventory records in coordination with internal systems. The Warehouse Executive will coordinate with store, sales, and logistics teams to meet order timelines, maintain product quality, and resolve warehouse-related issues. Daily tasks also involve monitoring stock movement, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and supporting customer service teams with order status and product availability.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong warehouse management and inventory control skills.
- Candidates should possess packing skills and attention to detail in handling fashion and apparel products.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and customer service skills for internal and external coordination.
- Relevant experience in fashion/apparel warehousing or retail logistics is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site manage physical tasks, and follow safety procedures.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory or ERP systems are preferred.
- Organized, reliable, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Advanced Excel.
- Hands-on experience with Myntra Seller Portal is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of order processing across e-commerce marketplaces.
