About the Role
We are hiring driven Sales Executives for our sales team. This is a BPO, client-facing role focused on building relationships and driving revenue. If you have strong communication skills and a knack for sales, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential clients and pitch company products/services
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Update sales records and report performance to team lead
Participate in training to improve product knowledge and sales skills
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Minimum HSC passed
Experience: Minimum 6 months of sales experience mandatory
Communication: Good to very good verbal communication skills in Hindi/English/Marathi
Age: Up to 35 years
Shift & Schedule
Shift: Day / Rotational shift based on process
Weekly Off: 1 Rotational weekly off
Salary & Benefits
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 depending on last drawn salary
Final compensation depends on experience, communication skills, and interview performance
Incentives/bonuses based on performance

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
