About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing & Admin Intern to join our team. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants practical experience in digital marketing, business administration, client communication, and project coordination.
As an intern, you will work closely with the team, gaining exposure to the day-to-day operations of a growing media and production business while developing valuable professional skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Support
- Assist in planning and organizing social media content.
- Draft captions, conduct hashtag research, and maintain content calendars.
- Schedule posts across various social media platforms.
Editor Coordination
- Support the onboarding of new video editors.
- Assign projects and monitor deadlines.
- Review completed deliverables before they are shared with clients.
- Coordinate workflow between editors and the internal team.
Client Communication
- Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain organized communication across email and messaging platforms.
- Ensure all client interactions reflect the company's brand and professionalism.
Administrative & Invoicing Support
- Generate invoices and send payment links.
- Track payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and documentation.
Research
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Identify potential leads and gather information to support business development initiatives.
- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations.
Outreach
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients and partners through email and social media.
- Track conversations and follow up with potential leads.
- Maintain accurate outreach records.
General Operations
- Help organize projects, timelines, and internal communications.
- Support the team with day-to-day operational tasks as required.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable communicating with freelancers, clients, and external partners.
- Willingness to perform outbound outreach through email and direct messages.
- Basic knowledge of invoicing or payment platforms (such as Stripe, PayPal, or QuickBooks) is an advantage, but training will be provided.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- A genuine interest in digital marketing, content strategy, business operations, or media production.
Preferred Qualifications
- Recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Compensation
- Base Salary + Performance-Based Commission
