Job Title: Operations Executive
Einstein Box is looking for a dynamic individual to join our Strategy & Operations department.
This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of managing & procuring raw material, vendor management, planning, inventory allocation across 250+ SKUs, and vendor management.
What You’ll Do:
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across warehouses and sales channels.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
Conduct regular stock audits and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and inventory management systems.
What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of experience (Operations Preferred)
A graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any stream).
Possess working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, basic reports, data management).
Have good verbal and written communication skills.
Able to coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and warehouse staff.
Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Full-time role at Einstein Box, Manesar
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
