We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Manager to lead our market expansion and sales efforts in the strategically vital South Region of India. This is a high-impact role for a professional who combines deep technical understanding of wear & abrasion applications with proven strategic sales and business development acumen. You will be responsible for building the Armour Corporation brand, identifying and converting key accounts, and driving revenue growth across diverse industrial verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Strategy & Penetration:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the South Indian market (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana).
- Identify and prioritize key industrial verticals and clusters (e.g., Cement, Steel, Mining, Mineral Processing, Power, Sugar, Marine).
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand competitor landscape, pricing, and new application opportunities.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through proactive hunting and networking.
- Systematically source contact information and develop account penetration strategies.
- Technical Sales & Consultative Selling:
- Conduct in-depth technical consultations to understand customer wear problems, operating conditions, and cost drivers.
- Articulate the value proposition and ROI of our carbide overlay solutions, moving beyond product features to Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) benefits.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, proposals, and product trials.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to design optimal solutions for complex customer applications.
- Account Management & Growth:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, closure, and post-sale follow-up.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, leading to repeat business and referrals.
- Scout and evaluate new application areas and critical locations within the region.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
