Job Opening: Personal Assistant to Managing Director (PA to MD)
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to the Managing Director to provide executive and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and calls.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
