Role Overview
Drive high-quality lead conversion for premium managed farmland projects. Handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify prospects, build urgency, and push toward site visits and booking closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads from Meta Ads, Google Ads, website, and CRM
- Explain SVR FARMS projects, pricing, location advantages, and amenities clearly
- Qualify leads based on budget, intent, and timeline
- Handle objections and move prospects toward site visit scheduling
- Maintain consistent follow-ups until closure or disqualification
- Update CRM accurately: New Lead → Details Shared → Callback → Site Visit → Booked / Lost
- Coordinate with field sales team for site visits and conversions
- Maintain daily call targets and conversion benchmarks
- Share feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
Requirements
- 1–4 years experience in tele sales / inside sales (real estate preferred)
- Strong communication in English, Kannada, and Tamil/Telugu preferred
- Ability to sell high-ticket investments (₹50L+)
- Aggressive follow-up mindset with structured communication
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking
- Basic understanding of real estate sales cycle
