Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Automobile Lab Faculty to conduct practical sessions and guide students in automobile engineering concepts. The candidate should have strong technical expertise in automotive systems and the ability to deliver hands-on training while maintaining laboratory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct practical and laboratory sessions for Automobile Engineering students.
Demonstrate automotive systems, components, and diagnostic procedures.
Prepare and deliver practical training as per the curriculum.
Guide students during experiments, projects, and workshop activities.
Maintain laboratory equipment, tools, and instruments in proper working condition.
Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards and procedures.
Evaluate students' practical performance and maintain attendance and assessment records.
Assist in curriculum development, laboratory planning, and technical documentation.
Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of IC Engines, Vehicle Systems, Transmission, Suspension, Braking Systems, Automotive Electrical & Electronics, and Vehicle Diagnostics.
Hands-on experience with automobile workshop tools and diagnostic equipment.
Good teaching, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to mentor and motivate students.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Qualifications:
ITI/Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Prior teaching or industry experience is preferred.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge and good communication skills may also apply.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in practical training and laboratory management.
Knowledge of modern automotive technologies, including EVs and diagnostic software.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
