Job Overview
- Position Title: Executive – Quality Control (QC) & Quality Assurance (QA)

Objective of the Role
Quality management activities are those that ensure that a company’s processes and products are up-to-code and meet all their requirements. Quality Assurance (QA) prevents and detects quality problems, while Quality Control (QC) detects errors in the product and provides correct solutions against defective products.
Key Responsibilities & Main Tasks
- Instrument Operation: Hands-on experience in operating and troubleshooting analytical instruments like GC (Gas Chromatography), HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography), and Karl Fischer (KF) titration.
- Sampling: Routine sampling of packed finished goods and bulk raw materials.
- Testing & Approval: Testing of raw materials (RM) and finished goods (FG) as per specifications, and approving them based on standard quality parameters.
- LIMS Management: Working efficiently on WEB LIMS software to enter day-to-day analysis results of FG & RM.
- Batch Monitoring: Collecting product batch samples and preparing comprehensive analytical reports.
- Corrective Actions: Identifying defects/errors in products and implementing corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Competencies & Skills Required
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of product specifications, chemical testing protocols, and analytical instruments (GC, HPLC, KF).
- Data Management: Strong capability in data management, statistical analysis, and documentation accuracy.
- Compliance: Knowledge of safety and quality standards relevant to the chemical/surfactant industry.
Pay: ₹20,869.97 - ₹46,451.57 per month
