Team Leader – Retail Operations (Delhi NCR & North India) Location: Delhi NCR (Candidate must be based in Delhi NCR) Experience: Minimum 3 years in the retail garment/apparel industry Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Team Leader to manage our retail operations across Shoppers Stop and Centro stores in Delhi NCR and North India. The role involves frequent travel to store locations to ensure smooth operations, drive sales, maintain visual merchandising standards, and build high-performing store teams. Key Responsibilities - Travel regularly across Shoppers Stop and Centro stores in Delhi NCR and North India. - Train, coach, and motivate store staff to improve sales performance and customer service. - Drive sales by monitoring store performance and implementing action plans. - Ensure excellent Visual Merchandising (VM) standards as per brand guidelines. - Recruit, interview, and onboard retail staff for existing and new store locations. - Conduct regular store audits and ensure SOP compliance. - Coordinate with store teams and management to resolve operational issues. - Monitor staff productivity, grooming, attendance, and overall performance. - Submit regular visit reports and provide feedback to the management team. Eligibility - Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail garment/apparel industry. - Must be based in Delhi NCR. - Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR and North India. - Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. - Experience working with Large Format Stores (LFS) such as Shoppers Stop, Centro, Lifestyle, or similar brands will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
