Blitz Academy is hiring an experienced and dynamic Academic Head to lead and manage all academic operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring academic excellence, mentoring faculty, driving curriculum development, and enhancing student learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the academy's academic operations.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve academic programs and curriculum.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate faculty members.
- Monitor teaching quality, lesson planning, and classroom delivery.
- Track student performance and implement academic improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and academic quality standards.
- Coordinate with the admissions, operations, and placement teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Organize faculty development programs, workshops, and academic events.
- Prepare academic reports and present performance updates to the management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master's Degree in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in academic management, academic coordination, or educational leadership.
- Experience in leading faculty teams and managing academic operations.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum planning, academic administration, and student assessment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an added advantage.
