- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across all departments.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and company culture initiatives.
- Handle attendance, leave management, HR documentation, and compliance.
- Support performance management, appraisals, and employee development programs.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs for a growing startup.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employee relations and organizational growth.
