Compensation: Base salary commensurate with experience + ₹5,000 per closed deal where your campaign generated the lead. Top performers earn ₹1L+/month.
About the role
We are the developers of LYF — Rewa Estate, a residential project in Mulund West, Mumbai, by Divya Jyot Projects (RERA No. P51800054575). 1 BHK Studio, 1 BHK and 2 BHK apartments with modern amenities.
We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer to own our paid lead generation. We already have a pipeline, we need someone to plug into it, scale it, and drive cost-per-qualified-lead down month over month.
This role reports directly to the founder. No agency middlemen, no committees. Your campaigns, your numbers, your accountability.
What you will do
- Own and run Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end — strategy, audience, creative briefs, budget allocation, daily optimization.
- Drive a minimum number of qualified leads per month at a target cost-per-qualified-lead (CPQL) .
- Generate at least a minimum number of confirmed site visits per month from your campaigns.
- Brief and review creative — write ad copy in Hindi/English/Marathi (or work with a designer/copywriter), test 5+ creative variations per week.
- Build and maintain lookalike, retargeting, and geo-targeted audiences.
- Run weekly performance reviews — share a dashboard every Monday morning showing spend, CPL, CPQL, site visits, and closures by campaign.
- Coordinate with the tele-caller team on lead quality feedback — kill underperforming audiences fast.
- Run Google Search Ads on high-intent real estate keywords (e.g. "2BHK Mulund", "flats in Mulund West", "new project Mulund").
- Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and offline conversion uploads back to Meta from our CRM.
What we are looking for
- 2+ years running Meta Ads with a monthly budget of at least ₹1L. Real estate experience is a strong plus.
- Proven track record — be ready to share past account screenshots showing spend, CPL and lead volume in interview.
- Fluent with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager.
- Comfortable reading and writing Hindi and English ad copy. Marathi is a bonus.
- Analytical — should be able to read a dashboard and instantly tell us what is working and what to kill.
- Self-directed — we are not going to brief you daily. You set the plan and execute.
- No agency owners. We want a hands-on practitioner, not someone who will outsource our account to a junior.
