Responsibilities:
- Maintain records, data entry, and Excel reports.
- Handle claim-related documentation and email communication.
- Coordinate with hospitals, labs, and insured members.
- Visit healthcare providers for operational support and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely collection and verification of documents.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Email.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Experience in Health Insurance/TPA preferred.
