about the Role
We are seeking a highly driven, analytical, and execution-oriented professional to join the Founder's Office at ProMiller Hospitality Management LLP.
This role is designed for someone who wants to work directly with the founder and gain exposure to business strategy, growth initiatives, hospitality operations, business development, owner relations and strategic partnerships, and high-impact decision-making.
The selected candidate will act as an extension of the founder, supporting strategic projects, confidential documents, business expansion initiatives, partnerships, documentation, research, and cross-functional execution across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning, Business Growth & Data Analysis.
- Support the founder in identifying growth opportunities, partnerships, and expansion strategies.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Assist in developing business plans, proposals, presentations, and strategic reports.
- Track industry trends, hospitality developments, and emerging opportunities.
Founder's Office Operations
Work closely with the founder on priority projects and strategic initiatives.
- Manage confidential information and sensitive business matters with discretion.
- Prepare briefing notes, meeting summaries, and action trackers.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the founder.
Business Development Support
- Assist in identifying and evaluating new hotel management, consulting, and asset management opportunities.
- Support proposal creation, client presentations, and partnership discussions.
- Maintain business development trackers and reports.
Documentation & Project Management
- Prepare and review contracts, proposals, presentations, and operational documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of key business decisions.
- Monitor project timelines and coordinate execution across departments.
- Maintain strategic dashboards and reporting systems.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, finance,
HR, and business development teams.
- Drive accountability by tracking progress against key objectives.
- Ensure timely completion of founder-led initiatives and special projects.
