Core Responsibilities### 1. Technical Analysis & Estimation
- Tender Review: Reviewing customer inquiries, drawings (SLDs), and technical specifications to understand the scope of work.
- BOM Generation: Preparing a comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM), including components like PLCs, VFDs, switchgear, enclosures, and wiring.
- Cost Calculation: Calculating the cost of materials, manufacturing labor, engineering design hours, and testing requirements.
- Vendor Management: Coordinating with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for specialized components.
### 2. Proposal Development
- Quotation Preparation: Drafting formal technical and commercial proposals for clients.
- Compliance Matrix: Ensuring the proposed design meets all local standards (such as IEC, UL, or NEMA) and customer-specific regulations.
- Value Engineering: Suggesting alternative components or design layouts to reduce costs without compromising quality or safety.
### 3. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Sales Support: Assisting the sales team during technical presentations and clarifying scope during the pre-award phase.
- Handover: Transferring detailed cost sheets and technical notes to the Design and Production teams once a project is won.
- Market Analysis: Monitoring price trends in raw materials (like copper and steel) to maintain accurate pricing models.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
