Job Description
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telesales Executive to generate leads, contact potential customers, explain our products/services, and close sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain products and services clearly.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team for successful order completion.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Secondary / Any Degree.
- Experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in , Malayalam, (preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
