Dream Travel Yaari is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and target-driven Travel Sales Consultants to join our growing team. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy helping customers plan memorable travel experiences, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries for domestic and international holiday packages.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Promote and sell holiday packages, flights, hotels, visa services, and other travel-related products.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless booking experience.
Eligibility
- 6 Months to 3 Years of experience in Travel Sales, International BPO Sales, Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Outbound Sales, Business Development, or Customer Sales.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
