Job Summary
Ambrosia – The Classic Bakehouse is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and sales-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Relationship cum Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, building strong customer relationships, promoting bakery products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the outlet. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and provide a memorable shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable bakery products, cakes, snacks, desserts, and beverages.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Promote daily offers, festive specials, loyalty programs, and new product launches.
- Generate sales by suggesting add-on products and combo offers.
- Coordinate custom cake orders and ensure accurate order booking.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper stock replenishment.
- Monitor product availability and inform the Outlet In-charge of low stock.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the sales and customer areas.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for timely customer order fulfillment.
- Support outlet operations and perform assigned duties to ensure smooth functioning.
Requirements
- Qualification: Plus Two / Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with a passion for sales.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Tally is an advantage.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and willingness to learn.

- Good communication in Malayalam and English; Hindi is an added advantage.

Working Hours
12:00 pm to 10 :pm
Pay: ₹11,005.23 - ₹33,509.08 per month
