We are expanding our business network and looking for Business Development Partners who are passionate about sales, networking and building strong corporate relationships.
Job Role
As a Business Development Partner, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, connecting with companies and generating clients for Universal King HR Consultancy.
This is an excellent opportunity for HR professionals, recruitment consultants, sales professionals, freelancers, entrepreneurs and individuals with strong corporate networks who want to build an additional income stream through HR business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new corporate/SME business opportunities.
- Connect with HR Managers, Business Owners, Directors and decision-makers.
- Generate requirements for Recruitment, HR Outsourcing, Contract Staffing and HR Consultancy.
- Arrange client meetings and understand their manpower/HR requirements.
- Present Universal King HR Consultancy's services to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Follow up on leads, proposals and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Universal King team for successful execution of client requirements.
- Generate repeat and referral business.

Important
This is an Independent Business Partner / Performance-Based Opportunity and not a fixed-salary employment position.
There is no fixed monthly salary. Earnings are based on successfully generated and realized business.
