We are looking for an energetic and proactive Field Scout / Lead Generation Executive who will be responsible for visiting different locations across the Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula (Tri-City) area to identify potential business opportunities and generate leads. This is a field-intensive role requiring strong interpersonal skills and local market understanding.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Conduct field visits across Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula to identify potential leads and business opportunities
- Approach prospects directly and introduce company services/products
- Generate and maintain a database of qualified leads
- Share daily/weekly field reports with the reporting manager
- Build strong relationships with potential clients and local contacts
- Coordinate with the internal sales/marketing team for lead conversion
- Track competitor activities and market trends in the assigned territory
- Required Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in field interactions and face-to-face meetings
- Basic knowledge of the local Chandigarh Tri-City area
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Prior experience in field sales, marketing, or lead generation is an advantage
- Must be comfortable with extensive field work
- Additional Requirements
- Two-wheeler preferred (not mandatory but advantageous)
- Willingness to travel extensively within Tri-City locations
