We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while learning the real estate market and sales process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on customer leads.
- Understand client property requirements.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Explain property features and pricing to customers.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports on CRM.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve targets.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have a 2 wheeler to visit the clients.
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in the field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphones.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
