Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SEO Manager to lead and scale organic growth across diverse business verticals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, proven leadership experience, and deep expertise in managing SEO for both B2B and B2C ecosystems.
The ideal candidate should also have hands-on experience with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI-driven optimization (AIO), along with the ability to drive new business opportunities through strategic pitches and client presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, visibility, and conversions across B2B and B2C businesses
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of SEO specialists, content strategists, and analysts
- Own end-to-end SEO initiatives including technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and content optimization
- Drive GEO strategies to optimize content for AI-powered search experiences (e.g., LLMs, AI search engines)
- Implement AIO frameworks leveraging automation, machine learning insights, and AI tools for optimization and efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Content, Tech, and Marketing teams to align SEO with business goals
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and search intent mapping for both B2B and B2C audiences
- Monitor, analyze, and report performance using analytics tools; derive actionable insights to improve ROI
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes, AI search trends, and emerging technologies
- Manage stakeholder communication and present performance insights to senior leadership
New Business & Client Engagement
- Create compelling, insight-driven SEO proposals and pitch decks for prospective clients
- Lead and participate in client pitches, presenting strategies, forecasts, and growth opportunities
- Partner with sales/business teams to identify opportunities, define scope, and craft winning solutions
- Translate complex SEO concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to RFP responses, audits, and pre-sales strategy development
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in SEO with a strong portfolio of driving organic growth
- Proven experience in managing and leading SEO teams
- Hands-on experience working with both B2B and B2C brands
- Strong expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, and link-building
- Demonstrated experience in client pitching, proposal creation, and stakeholder presentations
- Experience with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AIO (AI Optimization) strategies
- Proficiency in tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Strong understanding of search intent, user behavior, and conversion optimization
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business impact
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
