Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential or commercial real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and monitor construction progress.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and project managers.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with construction standards.
- Monitor material usage, site inventory, and manpower allocation.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–6 years of experience in residential or commercial real estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, RCC, finishing, and MEP coordination.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in villa, apartment, or high-rise residential projects.
- Knowledge of construction quality standards and safety practices.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and meet project deadlines.
