Position: Executive – Asset Partnerships

Job Summary
The Executive – Asset Partnerships will support the identification, evaluation, onboarding, and management of lending partners, LSPs, FinTechs, BC partners, and other strategic partners. The role involves coordinating due diligence, preparing business evaluations, liaating with internal stakeholders, and supporting commercial discussions through to partner onboarding.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
1. Partner Sourcing & Evaluation
- Identify and approach potential lending partners, LSPs, FinTechs, BC partners, and other strategic partners.
- Conduct preliminary evaluation of business models and partnership opportunities.
2. Due Diligence & Documentation
- Coordinate end-to-end due diligence with prospective partners.
- Collect, review, and maintain required documentation.
- Prepare initial analysis and summaries for management review.
3. Commercial & Partner Management
- Assist in commercial discussions and preparation of NDAs, Term Sheets, Service Agreements, and other commercial documents.
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) during the evaluation and onboarding process.
4. Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams for approvals and closure of observations.
- Track timelines and ensure timely completion of internal and external action items.
5. Portfolio Monitoring & MIS
- Monitor partner-wise business performance, disbursements, portfolio quality, and agreed commercial metrics.
- Prepare periodic MIS and management reports.
6. Process & Compliance
- Maintain trackers, documentation repositories, and process records.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Qualification: MBA (Finance/Business Analytics) with relevant experience.
- Experience: 1–3 years in NBFC, Banking, FinTech, Lending, Credit, Risk, or Partnership Management.
- Strong analytical and financial analysis skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
