Job Description
Smart SEO Tech is looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Specialist | SMO Expert to manage and grow our clients' social media presence. The ideal candidate should have expertise in creating engaging content, increasing organic reach, and implementing effective Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Develop and execute effective SMO strategies to increase organic reach and engagement.
- Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform algorithms.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create high-quality content.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or SMO.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of organic social media growth.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools.
- Ability to analyze social media insights and improve performance.
- Digital marketing or SEO knowledge is a plus.
