Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Multilingual Telecaller to join our Travel & Tourism team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting travel packages, assisting with bookings, following up on leads, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the travel journey. The ideal candidate should be fluent in multiple languages and possess strong communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to domestic and international travel packages.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding flights, hotels, holidays, visas, travel insurance, and other travel services.
- Explain tour itineraries, package inclusions, pricing, and special offers to prospective clients.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads received through phone calls, websites, social media, and referrals.
- Assist customers with booking confirmations, modifications, cancellations, and travel-related requests.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings in CRM software.
- Follow up with clients for payments, travel documentation, and post-travel feedback.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
- Promote additional travel services and upsell suitable products to enhance customer experience.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer service targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, travel sales, customer service, or a travel agency.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, Bengali, and additional regional or foreign languages will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Basic understanding of flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa processes, and travel documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
