Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) with prior experience in the job portal and recruitment solutions industry. The ideal candidate should have worked in a B2B sales role with organizations such as Naukri, Indeed, Foundit, Apna, WorkIndia, Quess, or similar HR-tech and recruitment platforms.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring employers, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Hirevoo.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients across industries.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Understand client hiring requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR leaders, recruiters, and business owners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and account management.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM.
- Stay updated with recruitment industry trends and competitor offerings.

Candidates must have prior B2B sales experience in one or more of the following organizations or similar recruitment/job portal companies:
- Naukri
- Indeed
- Foundit (Monster)
- Apna
- WorkIndia
- Quess Corp
- Other HR-Tech, Recruitment, Staffing, or Job Portal organizations
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in the recruitment, staffing, or job portal industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience handling enterprise and SME clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
