The Immigration Consultant (Sales) is responsible for counseling prospective clients on immigration programs and converting qualified inquiries into registrations. The role is strictly sales-focused, with all documentation and post-registration activities handled by a separate operations team.
Counsel clients on available immigration programs based on eligibility and company offerings.
Handle walk-in, telephonic, and digital inquiries in a professional manner.
Explain service scope, process overview, timelines, and commercial terms to clients.
Conduct timely follow-ups to convert inquiries into confirmed registrations.
Complete client registration formalities as per company SOP.
Coordinate with the Accounts Department for registration fee confirmation.
Ensure smooth handover of registered clients to the Documentation / Operations Team.
Maintain accurate records of leads, registrations, and conversions in CRM.
Track and report non-conversions with appropriate reasons.
Achieve assigned sales targets and adhere to ethical sales practices.
Submit periodic sales reports to the reporting manager.
