1. Key Responsibilities Deliver structured and engaging training programs for Relationship Managers and Wealth Managers based on the approved curriculum. Conduct classroom and online training sessions covering BFSI, financial products, investment products, wealth management and relationship management. Train candidates on client acquisition, relationship building, need analysis, product pitching, cross-selling, upselling and client retention. Develop candidates understanding of Mutual Funds, PMS, Financial Markets, investment products and wealth management concepts. Train candidates in sales processes, business development, lead conversion, objection handling and client engagement. Conduct practical learning through case studies, role plays, mock client meetings, sales simulations and real-life financial scenarios. Train candidates to understand client needs and communicate appropriate financial solutions in a professional and ethical manner. Assess learner performance through tests, assignments, practical exercises, mock calls, role plays and mock interviews. Provide constructive feedback, coaching and mentoring to improve candidates' knowledge, communication, confidence and client-handling skills. Prepare and update training modules, lesson plans, presentations, case studies, assessments and learning materials. Stay updated with BFSI industry trends, financial products, wealth management practices and relevant regulatory developments. Coordinate with the Placement/HR team to understand current employer requirements for Relationship Manager and Wealth Manager positions. Prepare candidates for employer interactions, interviews, assessments and real-world clientfacing responsibilities. Conduct regular mock interviews, job-readiness sessions and professional development sessions. Train candidates on professional communication, presentation skills, business etiquette, grooming and workplace behaviour. Maintain accurate attendance, assessment, learner-progress and training records, and submit MIS reports within defined timelines. Participate in college visits, seminars, career sessions and placement drives to support Udhamshala's training and career-development initiatives.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
