Job Responsibilities:
- Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and attendance.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and processes.
- Handle vendor management and office administration.
- Oversee housekeeping and office maintenance.
- Manage travel bookings, hotel reservations, and logistics.
- Monitor office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate with external agencies and service providers.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and office administration.
