- Assist in social media management and content posting
- Create marketing creatives, posters, and short videos
- Support lead generation activities through digital platforms
- Help in running and monitoring ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google)
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Coordinate with the team for marketing campaigns
- Support website content updates and SEO activities
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports
- Engage with audience comments, messages, and inquiries
- Submit daily activity reports
