Our in-house creative team produces a wide range of video content — from explainer and educational service videos to SaaS product demos and corporate event coverage — supporting multiple business verticals across the organization.
Role Summary
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to join our in-house creative team. This is a dual-function role — the ideal candidate will be equally comfortable creating static and motion graphics as they are editing videos. When video production tasks are not in queue, the candidate will contribute to graphic design work such as social media creatives, event visuals, infographics, and other brand assets. The role requires proficiency in the Adobe Suite — especially Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro — and the ability to translate complex concepts into clean, engaging visuals across both video and graphic formats.
Key Responsibilities
Explainer & Educational Videos
- Design and produce animated explainer videos showcasing engineering, BIM, data annotation, photo editing, and other B2B services
- Create educational videos that simplify technical or industry-specific subjects for a global audience
- Develop storyboards, scripts support, and visual flow in collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders
SaaS / Product Videos
- Produce clean, professional product demo and feature walkthrough videos for software products
- Create UI-driven motion graphics that highlight product screens, workflows, and value propositions
- Work closely with product and marketing teams to align video content with campaign goals
Event & Social Media Videos
- Edit event highlight videos, teasers, and full coverage videos for internal company events (annual celebrations, cultural events, sports tournaments, and other organizational functions)
- Create LED background graphics, slideshow videos, and TV display content for live events
- Produce short-form video content optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
- Edit footage from Q&A sessions, panel discussions, and corporate functions into polished deliverables
General
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- Maintain organized file structures and version control for all video assets
- Ensure brand consistency across all video and graphic design outputs
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments including creative, marketing, HR, events, and business teams
Required Skills & Competencies:
Must-Have Tools (Adobe Suite)
- Adobe After Effects – motion graphics, animations, transitions, kinetic typography
- Adobe Premiere Pro – video editing, colour grading, audio mixing, multi-track timelines
- Adobe Illustrator – vector graphics, icons, infographic elements for video use
Core Technical Skills
- Motion graphics design and 2D animation
- Video editing — cuts, pacing, transitions, and storytelling
- Basic color correction and color grading
- Audio syncing, basic sound editing, and voiceover integration
- Creating graphics for social media formats (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn posts)
- Working with screen recordings and UI overlays for product videos
Good to Have
- Adobe Photoshop for compositing and asset creation
- Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and export specifications for web and social platforms
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Awareness of AI-assisted tools in video and graphic design workflows is a bonus; we value creativity and craft above all (such as Adobe Firefly, Google Flow, Magnific, Runway, CapCut AI, or similar)
Soft Skills
- Strong visual storytelling sense and attention to detail
- Ability to understand briefs from non-creative stakeholders and translate them effectively
- Good time management with ability to handle concurrent projects and tight timelines
- Open to feedback and iterative revisions
- Proactive communication with internal stakeholder.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate / Diploma in Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, Film & TV Production, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 0–4 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics (fresher with a strong portfolio are welcome)
- A portfolio / showreel demonstrating explainer videos, motion graphics work, or event highlights is mandatory
- Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro is non-negotiable
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
