- Lead and manage batch scheduling operations using Control M.
- Provide L3 support: advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and escalation management.
- Administer Z Series environments for batch scheduling.
- Maintain and update operating procedures/manuals for service delivery.
- Adhere to ITSM best practices, KPIs, and SLRs. Report performance against SLRs.
- 5+ years’ experience in batch scheduling and mainframe administration.
- Experience with Control M and Z Series environments.
- Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2/N3 are preffered
Understanding of ITSM, compliance, and documentation.
