Job Role- Business Analyst
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and product-oriented Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Blockchain and Web3 projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable decentralized solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and user stories
- Work closely with blockchain developers to define system architecture and workflows
- Conduct feasibility analysis for blockchain-based solutions (DeFi, NFTs, Smart Contracts, etc.)
- Create BRDs, FRDs, wireframes, process flows, and use case diagrams
- Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of features
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Analyze existing systems and recommend improvements using blockchain technology
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Web3, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystems
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solution quality
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
