We are looking for a passionate and confident Sales Calling Executive who can communicate with leads, explain trek details, and help convert inquiries into bookings.
Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with interested trek leads
- Explain trek itineraries, pricing, inclusions, and travel details
- Handle WhatsApp chats and customer queries professionally
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Maintain customer relationships and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the team regarding bookings and updates
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi
- Basic English speaking skills preferred
- Confident and polite communication
- Sales or telecalling experience preferred
- Interest in travel, trekking, or adventure industry is a plus
- Must know basic WhatsApp and smartphone/computer usage
