Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect specializing in tower and high-rise building design. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in architectural planning, design development, and execution, along with advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of high-rise / tower projects from concept to execution
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models
- Develop innovative and functional design solutions aligned with client requirements and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with structural, and other consultants for integrated project delivery
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Guide and mentor junior architects and design teams
- Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is maintained during execution
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and client expectations effectively
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong command of AutoCAD for detailed architectural drawings
- Proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modeling and visualization
- Should be well versed in DCPR & UDCPR Regulations.
- Experience in tower / high-rise residential or commercial projects
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
