Key Responsibilities,
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our services.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Convert inquiries into successful admissions/sales.
Maintain and update customer records in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements,
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Good communication skills in English, Tamil, and/or Malayalam.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email).
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
