Job Description: Head of Digital Marketing / Digital Marketing Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-focused Digital Marketing Manger / Head to lead PPTS’s marketing function. This role will be responsible for driving high-quality SaaS and services lead generation, building scalable marketing systems, executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and managing both internal teams and client-facing projects.
The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, marketing automation, and performance marketing, with a strong track record of delivering measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities1. SaaS Lead Generation & Demand Generation
· Own and drive end-to-end SaaS lead generation strategy (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline growth)
· Build multi-channel acquisition funnels across SEO, PPC, LinkedIn, email, and social
· Execute intent-based marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
· Target key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Founders)
· Drive Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives (free trials, demos, freemium models)
· Optimize landing pages and funnels to improve conversion rates and lead quality
· Implement remarketing and retargeting campaigns to capture high-intent users
2. Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy
· Define and execute GTM strategies for IT Infra & Cybersecurity services and SaaS offerings
· Identify ICPs, buyer personas, and target geographies (US, UK, Australia, Middle East, India)
· Plan and execute omnichannel campaigns aligned with business goals
3. Marketing Automation & CRM
· Own and manage marketing automation platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
· Set up lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and lifecycle management
· Ensure seamless alignment between marketing and sales pipelines
4. Performance Marketing & Analytics
· Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with ROI focus
· Track key metrics: CPL, CAC, ROI, MQL → SQL conversion, pipeline contribution
· Build dashboards and present data-driven insights to leadership
· Continuously optimize campaigns for performance and scale
5. SEO, Content & Organic Growth
· Lead SEO strategy including technical SEO and programmatic SEO
· Drive content strategy focused on trending topics in IT Infra & Cybersecurity
· Optimize for AI search, voice search, and intent-driven discovery
· Build authority through blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and landing pages
6. Team Leadership & Mentorship
· Lead, mentor, and scale the digital marketing team
· Set KPIs, manage performance, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns
· Foster a high-performance, accountable, and data-driven culture
7. Client & Project Management
· Manage client-facing digital marketing projects end-to-end
· Ensure delivery within timelines and quality standards
· Coordinate with internal teams (sales, tech, leadership) for execution
8. Campaign & Channel Management
· Manage all digital channels: SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing
· Execute omnichannel, behavioral targeting, and remarketing campaigns
· Drive brand awareness and demand generation initiatives
Key Skills & Requirements
· 10–13 years of experience in Digital Marketing (B2B SaaS preferred)
· Strong experience in IT Services / SaaS / Cybersecurity marketing
· Expertise in:
o SEO & Programmatic SEO
o Performance Marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
o Marketing Automation (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
o Analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM dashboards)
· Strong understanding of lead funnels, ABM, and PLG models
· Proven team leadership and project management skills
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management
KPIs / Success Metrics
· Number of qualified leads (MQLs & SQLs)
· Conversion rates across funnel stages
· Cost per Lead (CPL) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
· Pipeline contribution and revenue impact
· Website traffic growth (organic + paid)
· Campaign ROI and performance efficiency
· Team productivity and on-time delivery
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in global marketing campaigns (US, UK, Australia, Middle East)
· Exposure to AI-driven marketing and automation tools
· Experience in agency environment (added advantage) with handling multiple client accounts
· Strong understanding of Cybersecurity & IT Infrastructure domain
