Job Summary
Asian Grains is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Officer for the Pala region. The ideal candidate should have experience in FMCG field sales, strong market knowledge, and the ability to expand business by developing retail and distributor networks.
The role requires regular field visits, achieving sales targets, increasing product visibility, and building strong customer relationships in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle field sales operations in the assigned area
- Develop and expand retail market coverage
- Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers
- Ensure proper product availability and visibility in outlets
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with the sales team and management for business growth
- Submit daily and weekly sales activity reports
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year FMCG sales experience required
- Experience in field sales and business development preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Good knowledge of the local market in Pala and nearby areas
- Must possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel
