Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities such as induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, HRMS, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and statutory deductions.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, LWF, and Shops & Establishments Act.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Support performance management, probation reviews, appraisals, and employee development programs.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and HR best practices.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, recruitment metrics, and workforce analytics for management.
- Partner with business leaders on manpower planning, workforce management, and organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications
- MBA
- 4–8 years of experience in HR Generalist/Senior HR Generalist roles.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
