About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced HR & Payroll Executive to support one of our US-based clients. The role involves managing end-to-end US HR Operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, US payroll processing, benefits administration, HR documentation, compliance, employee relations, and HR reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience processing US payroll, coordinating with employees and finance teams, and ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time while complying with US employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, records, transfers, and employment verification.
- Process end-to-end US payroll, including payroll inputs, timesheet validation, payroll changes, final settlements, garnishments, payroll reports, and resolving payroll-related queries.
- Administer employee benefits, including medical insurance, workers' compensation, retirement plans, and employee benefit queries.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations, employee queries, HR letters, HRIS updates, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with US Federal and State employment laws, with a strong understanding of California Labor Laws.
- Support employee relations, investigations, compliance documentation, W-2 distribution, EDD claims, and HR reporting.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in US HR Operations with hands-on experience processing US payroll.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (MBA HR preferred).
- Strong experience in employee lifecycle management, onboarding, offboarding, HR documentation, and HR administration.
- Hands-on knowledge of US payroll processing, payroll cycles, payroll reporting, final settlements, garnishments, employee benefits, health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation.
- Good understanding of California Labor Laws, including wage & hour regulations, employee classification, leave policies, overtime, and workers' compensation.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, ATS, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with experience supporting US-based clients and working with cross-functional teams.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
