We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Cashier to join our retail team. The Cashier will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in delivering a smooth and positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a polite and professional manner
Operate the cash register and handle billing accurately
Process payments (cash, credit/debit cards, UPI/mobile payments)
Maintain cash drawer and ensure end-of-day cash reconciliation
Handle returns, exchanges, and customer queries efficiently
Keep the billing area clean, organized, and presentable
Assist with basic stocking and store maintenance
Inform customers about products, offers, and store policies
Follow company SOPs for cash handling and store operations
Candidate Requirements:
Basic knowledge of billing and cash handling
Good communication and customer service skills
Honest, responsible, and punctual
Retail experience preferred (freshers may apply)
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
