Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with
0-3 years of experience in real estate and strong communication skills in both Hindi and
English. As a BDE, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth by building strong
relationships with clients and delivering the best real estate solutions based on their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
○ Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
○ Understand client needs and provide personalized real estate solutions.
○ Regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and establish long-term business ties.
2. Communication & Coordination:
○ Manage outgoing and incoming communication via calls, emails, and meetings in
both Hindi and English.
○ Ensure effective communication with clients, team members, and external stakeholders.
○ Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations in both languages.
3. Lead Generation & Sales:
○ Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads.
○ Drive sales by meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.
○ Close deals effectively and ensure smooth transaction processes for clients.
4. Market Research & Analysis:
○ Keep up-to-date with the latest market trends in the real estate industry.
○ Analyze competitor activities and provide insights to the team.
○ Offer valuable market insights to clients and suggest suitable real estate options.
5. Documentation & Reporting:
○ Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
○ Prepare regular sales reports, lead generation updates, and progress tracking.
Qualifications:● Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred in Real Estate,
Business, Marketing, or related domains).
● Experience: 0-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the real
estate sector.
● Language Proficiency:
○ Fluent in both Hindi and English (written and spoken).
○ Able to communicate effectively with clients in both languages.
Skills Required:
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
● Strong understanding of real estate sales, trends, and market conditions.
● Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
● Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
