Job Description:
Jai Steel Facilitation Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Accountant for our B2B operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting processes, advanced Excel skills, and experience in rate making.
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries.
- Calculate and file taxes in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain financial controls.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and legal requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience (or as required by the organization).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
